Dear Charlie:
I just wanted to take this opportunity to again convey my sincere thanks to your for the
outstanding work you did in installing a patio at our home. As you know, we were
delayed in having this work done due to ordinacnces within our subdivision, and we were
anxious to begin using a new patio.
Since we were open to ideas for the type of patio, we sought several quotations from
different sources, including several brick patio installers and stamped concrete pavers.
Lisa and I believe that our decision to go with concrete pavers was the best choice, and
we are truly happy we made this choice.
To your customers that will be making the same type of decision in the future, the
following factors led us to choose brick pavers for our patio:
We live in Wisconsin. The continuous freeze/thaw cycle is severe to materials
that are less forgiving. Stamped concrete looks nice, but again, this is Wisconsin!
Decks require ongoing maintenance. Cleaning, repairing, staining, etc. No thanks.
We never even considered a deck.
The brick by brick installation of concrete pavers produces a one of a kind result.
It's an original piece of art versus a serigraph.
You get to have Charlie Eddy do the work!
Charlie, you did an outstanding job! As a bit of a perfectionist myself, I can truly say that
all of my expectations were met, and then some. Lisa, Eric and I would like to thank you
